Chapter 14 The Quiet Takeover
Seryna saw the panic on Tehila’s face and knew she’d hit the mark.
Then Seryna’s smile faded. She hated herself for being such a fool in her last life. If she’d stopped chasing her family’s love, maybe her three brothers wouldn’t have had the chance to beat her to death.

She grabbed her phone and started typing fast, telling him what had happened today. She was determined to make the whole family see Seryna as the enemy.

Natalie watched Seryna work hard over the past month, growing from rough edges to refined elegance.
