Forgive? Never Novel Ch 42
Tehila smiled a little and looked at the handsome, calm Brunell. He was
so manly that just one look at him made her feel shy.
The three of them took the elevator to the first floor together.
Downstairs.
Seryna and Calbert got out of the elevator, and it was the underground parking lot.
Seryna was about to go see Luciano. She looked at Calbert, “Cal, you don’t need to take me back. I’m going to meet a friend later. You go ahead, my friend will come pick me up.”
Calbert had an emergency meeting tonight. He looked down at her and said quietly, “Call me when you get home, and remember to put on the medicine. Tomorrow morning at 9, I’ll come pick you up to go to the hospital for a checkup.”
Seryna wanted to say no, but before she could answer, Calbert got in the car and left.
Seryna: “…”
His concern for her seemed…
Seryna just felt warm inside. After living two lives, in this one, meeting a good guy like Cal, she also felt warm inside.
Seryna looked down and saw Luciano’s message. He was almost there.

Chapter42
She sent Luciano another location and just stood there waiting for Luciano.
Suddenly, there was a cry of surprise not far away.
“Sir, wake up, wake up, what’s wrong with you?”

Seryna looked over and saw an old man lying on the ground, not moving at all, clearly not breathing anymore.
Seryna frowned a little. As a doctor, she didn’t just stand by–she quickly walked over.
Meanwhile.
Brunell got a call.
It was the butler who called.
“Mr. Fortin, something’s wrong, Sir Fortin fainted, at the underground parking lot Exit B.”
Brunell’s face changed. He quickly told the butler, “Send me the address, I’ll come right away. Call an ambulance now. The hospital is next door. Have Tami Lawson, who’s with him, start first aid right now. If anything happens to Sir Fortin, she won’t live either.”
Butler: “Yes, Mr. Fortin, Dr. Lawson was already trying to save him.”
Brunell hung up the phone and then realized they took Exit A. It would take him a while to get there.
Tehila heard the phone too. She comforted Brunell, “Bruno, don’t worry. We’ll go over right now. Sir Fortin will be fine.”
Brunell didn’t say anything, just nodded hard.

Chapter42
Seryna had already walked up to the old man, looked at Sir Fortin who wasn’t moving at all, his face pale, looking like he wasn’t breathing.
A female doctor was trying hard to give Sir Fortin CPR.
A middle–aged man stood to the side, looking really anxious, kept wiping his cold sweat, and was honestly really nervous about Sir Fortin.
Seryna took a close look at Sir Fortin’s symptoms. He didn’t move at all, his face was pale, but there was sweat on his face.
Seryna squatted down and quickly took Sir Fortin’s pulse. The pulse was too fast. He pressed a few times on Sir Fortin’s chest. The chest was full. It was tension pneumothorax.
Tami saw Seryna suddenly come closer and shouted, “Who are you? Get out of my way, don’t stop me from saving people.”
Seryna looked at her, sounding serious: “Mouth–to–mouth won’t work, stop it now.”
Tami sneered, where did these random people come from? They must have seen how well–dressed Sir Fortin was and wanted to come over to steal her credit.
“You’re not a doctor, what do you know, get out of my way, don’t stop me from saving him, if something happened to him, could you take responsibility?”
Seryna’s eyes were cold: “It’s too late. He had an acute illness, there was fluid in his left chest cavity, CPR wouldn’t help. If we didn’t deal with it right now, by the time he got to the hospital, it would probably be too late. He needed thoracic surgery right away.”
Tami heard it and just thought it was funny.

Chapter42
“Are you the doctor or am I the doctor? Get out of my way right now, don’t waste my time saving people here.”
Seryna frowned but didn’t leave.
And Tami kept doing CPR, but Sir Fortin didn’t move at all, and his face just got worse.
The butler knew Sir Fortin couldn’t have anything happen to him. He looked at Seryna: “Miss, are you a doctor?”
Seryna: “Kind of!”
Butler:

What did that mean?
Seryna was anxious. She looked at the butler and asked, “We’re running out of time. Did you call an
ambulance?”
The butler was really anxious, and he kept wiping the cold sweat from his forehead: “I called, but they just haven’t come yet.”
Seryna looked at Tami and said, “Stop pressing, if you keep pressing there won’t be any breathing left.”
