No Mercy, No Forgiveness Novel Ch 56
“Jacob, how come you’re so obedient? Not even asking about the school?
Just agreed to go?”
Katherine couldn’t believe this little guy showed no fear about going somewhere new to meet strangers.
Even if unafraid, shouldn’t he at least feel excited or something?
Jacob finished washing up, wiped his mouth with a tissue, and replied unhurriedly: “Kids are supposed to go to school. Even if I don’t agree, I still have to go.”
Katherine: “…” This kid doesn’t act like a child at all.
Not cute at all.
After breakfast,
the driver took the three of them to the kindergarten.
With Katherine’s help. Jacob’s enrollment was quickly processed, and he could start that same day.
“Mommy, Aunt Katherine, you can go about your business. I’ll pay attention in class.”
Hearing this, Katherine pointed to a little boy with a crew cut sitting in a classroom not far away: “That’s my nephew, Richard White. I’ve already told him to protect you.”
“If any other kid bullies you, go to him.”
A sparkle flashed in Jacob’s beautiful eyes: “Okay.”
After hearing about this kindergarten, Jacob took advantage of Maureen and Katherine’s packing time to investigate the place.
He found out that one of them, named Willie Sutton, was the eldest great–grandson of the Sutton family, the grandson of Geoffrey’s uncle.
In other words, the son of that scumbag Alex Sutton’s cousin!
It was said he was very smart and now was doted on by the Sutton family.
Jacob recalled the information he’d uncovered–back when Mom was with the Sutton family, she’d constantly been bullied and targeted by those awful cousins of his so–called father.
He couldn’t wait to see what kind of “smart kid” a woman like that would raise.
Maureen had no clue about her son’s thoughts. To her, Jacob had always been that sweet little angel who wouldn’t

hurt a fly.
When they were abroad, she’d enrolled him in a local kindergarten while she worked.
Jacob was remarkably well–behaved, adored by both teachers and classmates alike.
Maureen watched him enter the classroom, waved goodbye, and left with Katherine.
“Reenie, don’t you think Jacob seemed oddly eager to stay back?”
For a split second, Katherine sensed the boy might be up to something, though she couldn’t pinpoint why.
Maureen didn’t think much of it. “Mhm, he’s always loved studying and making friends.”
“As long as he’s happy.”
Katherine looped an arm through hers. “I was just worrying he might get bullied, but honestly? I need him to look af- ter my nephew instead.”
With the little troublemaker gone, Maureen and Katherine finally had time to stroll together.
Because of Tyler’s situation, Katherine decided to stay in Karaville for now, making it easier to look after Jacob.
“Thanks so much, Katherine.”
Maureen said sincerely.
“Don’t be so formal with me.”
Meanwhile, at the kindergarten…
The moment Jacob stepped into class, his delicate features and ethereal quality instantly drew every little girl’s gaze.
The teacher introduced him as a transfer student from abroad and asked everyone to welcome him.
Richard had gotten a call from his aunt Katherine last night, telling him to befriend the new kid.
He’d expected someone brawny like himself.
Instead, he found someone prettier than any girl–adorable and utterly protect–worthy.
Richard waved him over.
Jacob smoothly took the seat beside him.
“You’re Jacob?
My aunt told me to watch out for you.”
Richard thumped his chest. “Don’t worry, your problems are mine now.”
“I appreciate that.”

If only she were a girl.

Jacob had no idea what he was thinking. He scanned the classroom, his gaze settling on a solitary seat in the corner.
The boy at that desk wore an expensive little suit, each button worth a fortune.
Seated at his desk, he yawned, his small face radiating arrogance.
Richard followed his gaze and clicked his tongue. “That’s Willie, heir to the Sutton Family. You must never offend him.”
“If you upset him, I won’t be able to protect you.”
Jacob smiled inwardly.
Aunt Katherine’s nephew was just like her.
“Don’t worry.”
Jacob gave him a reassuring look before turning away.
Richard thought his aunt had introduced quite a hassle–free friend.
Kindergarten classes involved nothing more than drawing, paper folding, playing, and occasional fun language lessons…
Jacob had mastered all this long ago.
But to avoid standing out, he pretended to be an ordinary child.
Even so, by mid–morning, every girl in class had surrounded him tightly, vying to chat with him and share snacks…
Richard got pushed aside, feeling deeply defeated.
But the one whose mood changed even more dramatically was Willie, who used to rule the school.
Before Jacob came, he’d always been the center of attention.
